Jeffrey is absolutely wonderful he goes above and beyond to explain everything to and makes sure he's not just telling me about my car he explains so I know what exactly is being done how he explained everything h to me with my is350 and how professional and the caring way he cared about my cars is what made me stop getting my 2023 rx350 serviced at classic lexus and I will always stay with metro lexus thank you Jeffery for all you do making me aware and making me completely understand everything that is going on with my vehicle has given me a piece of mind every single time I drive it thank you for all you do!

When the appointment to pick up the car for maintenance appointment. I told them about the stained leather seats. When the man picked up the car I showed him the stained locations marked with the orange posted notes pasted on the locations., but I noticed that when they retired the car, the stains remained. I paid for leather protection. Thank you
