Had a problem with a rough idle. I know from experience that other service providers would have taken a look, couldn’t easily find a solution and probably would have returned the car without fixing it. This is because time is money so why waste time on a problem like this under warranty….there is no money in it. Metro Lexus took the time to get this solved and provided a loaner to us as well. We appreciate this kind of dedication to the customer.

I am not happy with the night time exterior lighting of the vehicle. I was told that the lights are aligned properly but I feel the lights need to extend out further from the vehicle. I’m positive that this is adjustable and I want more distance in the lighting. I am not comfortable driving this car at night due to this issue. I’m 62 and have owned many vehicles in my life so am confident I know what I am talking about with respect to this issue. I want my lights adjusted to my liking.

I have always been satisfied with my service experience with the staff at Lexus, and today was no different. Paul was friendly, polite, and took his time to explain everything to me. My only feedback would be, Lexus should have electronic coupons on file under customers account. I paid over $300 today for an oil change, and tire rotation. This evening when I returned home from work I had a lexus coupon in my mailbox that would have saved me $100. Unfortunately, I have to return to the dealership to present the coupon, and request the price difference.
