Mr Miller treated his Lexus customers very well. He communicated the status of car repair to the customer in a timely manner and with candor. He is honest and straightforward about costs for parts and labor. His professionalism as manager of the service department and his expertise as a mechanic put the customer at ease and free from worries. The service I required on my vehicle was great BUT Per my call with Ian on my way home from picking up my vehicle from service, I was very disappointed to find that my vehicle while in your care, the passenger windshield wiper does not work at all and was buried under the lip of the hood. The wipers worked perfectly fine on my way to drop the vehicle off as it was raining when I brought it in. I brought your loaner vehicle back with a full tank of gas and undamaged. I did not get the same in return.
When you bring your vehicle to a Lexus dealership for repair, you expect it to leave as you dropped it off with the requested repairs complete. Not leave with something broken that was in working order prior. I hope the dealership makes this right.
