Thank you to Dan Booth for listening to my concerns about why I had to bring my car back twice after the same complaint that nobody else was willing to clearly listen to me. Everyone there was very polite and accommodating in every way during this situation. I hope that the problem is finally fixed. I’ll be keeping an eye on it. I did enjoy my experience with the UX 300 hybrid as my rental.

Had 2 wiper blades installed and it was$35+ for labor on that, I’m assuming it only took a few minutes and I’ve been a loyal customer since I bought the car there I’ve never had work done elsewhere

Paul was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and explained most repair items. Here's what could have been better; 1. Timely updates on the repair process. 2. Information on the military discount. 3. The maintenance warning was not turned off.

Travis was extremely polite and courteous Corvis (service manager) went way beyond expectations. He sat in my car and explained additional features of my car to me, and was in no rush at all to help me. He was very thorough and made sure I understood. It was freezing that day and he could care less. The entire staff greeted me countless times and asked me if I needed help. 5 star and more Much appreciated the kindness Gale M
