I was please with the way the service representatives went beyond what I initially brought in for. If they had not checked the air pressure in the tires they would never have found a problem that mayor in comparison to what was initially diagnosed. They were very thorough and can professional in their task as they kept us up to date with the work that was being done. I was very please with the work.

So I was actually undercharged for what I was quoted by $800. When they told me I could come and pick up the car I had asked them what the adjusted charge was because I didn’t have everything done that they recommended having done. So I knew it was going to be less. The total should have been right around $2200 with tax. When we settle on a time to come pick up the car, I was told it was $1523. I questioned the amount, but Dan told me that that was correct. After hanging up, I looked at the amount from the text I received. It was way more than $1523. I called Dan back and he told me to ignore the text because that was incorrect. When I went in, they said the amount was $1523. I paid it and left. Afterwards, my wife and I reviewed the bill and sure enough there was a mistake on the muffler charge. It showed one muffler ordered, but none received in the dollar line. I was quite disturbed by this because I was assured that 1523 was the amount. Being the person that I am, I called and let them know that I was undercharged. We did make arrangements with the manager to just pay the cost of the muffler. Now that I think about it, I’m not sure they should’ve charged me anything. That might be a little bit petty but honestly with a high cost of everything right now I could’ve used the $800 savings. If it were not for this survey, I would have just let it go. But since you ask, I’m just letting you know. Call me if you’d like, but there’s really no need. This does not change my undying love for Lexus. My car has over 304,000 miles on it and it runs wonderfully. I will probably never be able to afford another Lexus so I’m going to try to get 200,000 more miles out of it.
