The only reason I drove over 1.5 hrs Was Cordis, he is an real asset to Metro. In today's environment it is so difficult to get adequate communication. Cordes probed that wrong. I will be back. Thanks Cordis Bill B

The front desk rep was conniving and extremely rude! He attempted to charge $50 to screw in a license plate. When I suggested that the cost was too expensive for the service, he began to ask demeaning questions about my annual salary and asked what year I purchased my car. He was loud, disrespectful, and embarrassing. I hate to assume that he felt entitled to treat me this way because of my race. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this organization & I want to now utilize a different location for future services and purchases (along with all of my family & friends who have patronized Metro Lexus). I do want to mention that when I reported him to the manage on staff, he apologized to me and covered the cost of screwing in the plate. This location used to have top tier customer care! The experience that is offered now, clearly shows no interest in maintaining customers. Rodney & Stacey H
