The 40,000 mile checkup on my 2019 Lexus went smoothly and completed in less time than predicted, in spite of my arriving 1/2 hour early for my appointment. The inspection video was very informative and interesting to watch. The waiting area was very comfortable and relaxing. A+ to everyone involved in this 40,000 mile checkup, including Adam. He was very professional, pleasing attitude and even walked me to my car to to respond to my concern about the exterior lighting controls. Thank you, Adam.

No need to call me but this is the first time I was not completely satisfied. Communication was poor. I called twice and texted once for a status update but no direct response until the second call. Also, I had an 8 am appointment with no expectation that it take would nearly as long as it did. I had to pick it up the next day, requiring a change of plans. Admittedly, I did not explicitly ask about timing of completion but definitely will in the future.
