Adam called to follow up with me on the repairs that were needed and extended the previously offered discount.
I brought my car in and then I was supposed to get a loaner. Your stupid company does not mention that you need to bring your insurance card, your drivers license and your credit card card which I think might be important especially when you have somebody dropping off a car you ruined my entire day and made me waste an hour of my time.

Well when we came in we were told our tires were 4 and 5 then u included 4 new tires in the quote (if my tires are good why would I replace them? AND yesterday my fog lights worked and tonight, after service, my fog lights no longer work!!! Then i have no confidence that my wheel bearing is really bad since you quoted two u said one is bad and the other is going What the hell is “going” it is either bad or good We are disappointed
