I wish you had your best man working on my car as promised, I wasn’t happy with the overall finish. Even though I didn’t have to pay the car came out worse than when I brought it in . I have to look at it every day and figure out what to do next. So I can be happy. Can you help me with that

People were nice. Service was reasonably fast. But I woke up today and my front tire was flat. I didn’t want any tire service going in & they insisted it was part of the deal. Now I have to make another trip to my tire shop. Glad this was my last Lexus service.
Mr Miller was exceptionally attentive to detail. He corrected a wrong and made sure I didn’t suffer a major inconvenience. Because of him I will probably ALWAYS buy Lexus and refer my family and friends to do the same. He really took care of me and my vehicle and gave me top quality service!
