Jeff was great. The quality of detailing was average. The interior was good but the exterior was subpar.
I made an appointment 1 week ago to get new tires and picked what tires were to be put on my car at that time. The appointment was made to wait to put in new tires and alignment. I came at 2:30 pm car wasn’t done until 6pm. At 5:20 I was told that the tires did not arrive until 4:30. I waited for two hours for the tires. Why were they not preordered and available for the appointment. Ultimately I waited 3 hours and thirty minutes, for something that should have taken 60-90 minutes. Nothing was done for your oversight to attempt to make up for it. Didn’t even waive the cost of the alignment $150 after buying $1200 tires.

All was good with pick up and return. My car wasn’t very clean upon return though- probably could have gone through the car wash a second time.
