I asked twice to make sure the tires were filled to 35 pounds. After I left, I checked the tire pressure, and it was 30. I went to Discount Tire and had them fill all four tires.
I was very disappointed that a simple request to fill the tires was not done.
I appreciate the ease of setting up the appointment! I appreciate the quality customer service displayed by the service department. I like the up to date information on the vehicle while it is being serviced. As well as , the timely manner in which the car maintenance is completed.
