Always excellent customer service from Jeff Miller. I didn't mention this concern to Jeff, there was salt from past winter's weather, usually one the gentlemen remove it for me. Did this change with the change of hands?

I have not experienced the level of professional customer service I have come to expect since 2013. I own two Lexus vehicles, and my parents own two as well. During my recent visit, Travis exhibited a dismissive attitude, and my gasoline was not topped off as promised. His manner did not reflect the professional standards I associate with Lexus. I had a disappointing interaction with him and look forward to providing a full survey. Thank you.
