When scheduling on the phone for 2nd key programming and software recall update, I was informed 1.5 hour wait. Told same 1.5 hour wait at checkin. However, It was 2 hours 20 minutes and no one came to update me on the delay. I went out to find out about delay because I was running late for appointment. I did make my appt on time.
Much quicker than anticipated, nice!!

It took a few days from Wednesday until Tuesday to see what was going on with the car and then was quoted a ridiculous price for it to have taken so long!
Cordis was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was the first time I had my Lexus serviced at Meteo Lexus. I purchased from Classic Lexus and always had my car seeviced there but had the vehicle in twice since May telling them there was a creaking noise and that it was possibly the left strut and they claimed they found nothing. Two weeks after getting my car back from Classic after purchasing four new tires, I took it to Metro Lexus and Cordis took the time to get in the car with me when I was dropping it off and heard the sound immediately without leaving the parking lot. My car was only covered by warranty for another 10 days from picking it up which would have cost me $1100 for something that’s been wrong for more than six months.
The communication, updates and professionalism shown at Metro Lexus was hands down the best.
Metro Lexus is blessed to have such an outstanding service manager.
Again, Cordis is the best!!!
