I went in for an emergency battery replacement. I was also so close to my hundred thousand mile service but I didn’t schedule it yet.
Jeffrey Miller looked into it and told me if I was willing to wait he could squeeze me in for my service

I LOVE Metro Lexus and have never had a less than stellar experience until this time. When my car was delivered it was not completely repaired, due in part I believe to Ian not understanding me or my issue. It took me calling Tysean and walking him thru my problem, that I finally found someone who understood the issue and he is owning it and helping me. Unfortunately now my car has to go back in the shop. But if it gets fixed this time then there will be redemption! I have faith, just waiting for results now.

Jeffrey Miller is my favorite Lexus service manager. He has taken care of my father for years and now me and we always feel we are in good hands with Jeff. He always has an amazing personality, highly educated, loves to teach, honest, and truth worthy. I am a perfectionist and love how detailed Jeffrey is with my vehicle. Jeff is 10 out of 10!!
