I have been very pleased with Metro Lexus from the day I walked in the door. I’ve owned many cars over the years from different dealers and Metro Lexus stands out from all the others.
Ian is a great employee and ambassador for Metro Lexus!! He did an example job !!
My only complaint. I wanted to tip him and he would not accept as he stated company policy says he can’t. If I receive GREAT service I like to say thank you to that individual by offering a tip. It is my money and I should be able to say thank you in the way I want. Or company policy should state if he gets 4 stars or above he should receive $50 from Metro tax free!!

I specifically asked to have my spare tire aired up and it wasn’t done. I would have alerted them to this issue but I had to leave to pick my son up from school. The trouble light was on in the dash, I would never give a customer their vehicle back in this state. I’m definitely a bit disappointed in this as now I’ll wind up doing this myself.
I’ll be interested in trade-in info near the end of my lease.
