The wait time for an oil change was over 2 hours. Appointment was 3 pm, I was on time didn't leave till 515 pm. Was a long time for a scheduled oil change.
When i a scheduled my appt for service i said I only needed an oil change, i didn’t need the tires rotated as they were just purchased new in October. I had a loaner reserved for pick up at 430 today. I called at 2 o’clock today and asked if I showed at 4 today to drop off my vehicle for its oil change tomorrow if a loaner would be available and I was told that was fine that a loaner would be waiting. Spoke with Taylor this afternoon to confirm. I asked if they had any availability for me to wait if I showed as early as 3 o’clock today and I was told there was no availability for any service today. When I showed at 4 o’clock, Adam informed me that I couldn’t get a loaner cause only an oil change was being done. I reiterated that three times when I scheduled the appt and when I confirmed prior to my arrival today. They said if I wanted to wait it would be about 90 minutes. If there wasn’t any availability when I called at 2 o’clock how was there now availability? . My husband came and picked me up as I had a conflict and needed to be at home before 5. I was appreciative that the service was done, but the unnecessary inconvenience wasn’t appreciative.

Everything was great. I was also happy that the internal lights were setup in my vehicle when I picked my car up. I had the car over a year and didn’t know how to set it up myself. Thank you.
Service done took longer than expected- had appointment scheduled for 9:30am and vehicle was delayed and not ready for pick up until afternoon next day.
