Oscar was cordial, efficient, and professional. I was a little taken back by the pricing and scope of work recommended. I was uncomfortable about a salesman approaching me in the waiting room about a trade in deal moments after conferring with Oscar. Your waiting room was nice and appreciated the Lyft ride. I am new to the area and need to develop a long term vendor relationship for servicing my cars. Not sure I would return there given high costs
Sales people trolling the service lounge who don’t take “No” for an answer have me considering other options. Not only was I targeted, I saw three other customers subjected to relentless sales techniques while they were just there for an oil change.
My wife got the car serviced and everyone treated her extremely nicely

We would not be interested in an estimate on our car. We keep our cars for a long time and Alan knows this about us. We adore Alan and have been with him for 30 years. He’s the best! We buy Hondas because Alan makes things so easy for us and we trust him.

Andrew was amazing. One of the best service agents thus far. I’ve had some bad experiences prior and I am not going to lie I was very upset when my husband and I didn’t get this problem solved the first visit. I just bought my husband out of his lease and a week later the car wouldn’t start. Took it in saw Andrew he said couldn’t find anything wrong. So 2 days later when the car wouldn’t start again I was like oh boy here we go. Andrew listened to me as was so frustrated and he was amazing. I told him keep the car an extra day or two just fix it. Turns out we had a cell in the battery that was not charging. I am so happy with his service and so grateful we got Andrew! He’s stuck with us forever.
