Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. Setting appointments is pretty easy, and calling to reschedule was great. Mr. Alan J. McKenna was amazing, knowledgeable, and explained quite a few things that need to be done with my car over time.
No personal interaction with me what so ever. It was done through texting. If I’m paying for a service I would like to see that person face to face and explain what was done and need to be done. Felt pressure to do service I was not ready to do. It took 2 plus hours for an oil change. Don’t know that I will continue service there. Before you put technology in the mix, your service was exceptional!!
I have only brought the car I bought there to you for service, I've been very responsible about servicing my vehicle. It's been a great car. I expected additional needs due to the age and mileage.
