Don’t like the new system for work order, video of my car is not needed. I asked for tires to be filled at certain PSI and they weren’t touched. Instead given a list of unnecessary repairs totaling almost as much as car’s value. Not the personable service as in the past, it shouldn’t take 10 minutes on the phone circling around because of Ai to get a hold my service advisor. After having a Honda for 20 years won’t be buying another one since your dealer isn’t prioritizing customer service.
Took longer than expected so I had to ask after 30 minutes past plan what was up. Would be nice to have heard proactive. But generally liked the job TJ did.

Your team found a hole in my tire but you would not repair it as I did not have a tire warranty thru Honda. It was a waste of my time. Ken was very nice and was apologetic about your policies. I would certainly work with Ken again.
