Not Justin's fault at all, it was busy because someone called out and there were a lot of customers, my service took about 1 hour and 15 mins later said I was told so I can't lie and say I was completely satisfied.
It was my first visit and will be back for my future service appts.

He listened to our issues with our vehicle and was even able to accommodate us with having a loaner car for the day since we made the long drive up from Tucson. Jeremy was exceptional and the trope of worker that makes Honda look good! He was professional, helpful and smelled nice. I waited 3 hours but didn’t mind it. Got one of two of the recalls fixed and would like it if Honda could compensate my time and trouble of having to return a second time to complete the second recall, with an oil change. The parts were not in stock and they were fixing the cameras for people having trouble. I am not having trouble at this time and can wait for the parts, however; it’s an inconvenience as I live in Cave Creek and am down to only my one vehicle. Anyhow, Jeremy did a great job and I hope to work with others in the same way should he not be my representative when I return.

Some of the recommendations are excessive and not necessary per research I have done. This has happened multiple times. Stick with what is recommended in the Honda manual.
TJ could not have provided better service. I am extremely pleased with the way he dealt with me, particularly in explaining extra repairs my SUV needed. Right Honda is lucky to have such a conscientious and capable employee dealing with the public.
