Ken was wonderful and tried to help us when he could but we were all handcuffed by your new system that everyone only got 2 hours training on before a busy Saturday. We were never going to come back to your dealership again but because of Ken's kindness and patience may consider it. When you start a new system maybe take some extra time for training and realize we the customers are not trained in how things are supposed to happen! Otherwise we will definitely not be back.
Steven was great. Kept me informed, and got me in and out quicker than I expected. Gave great recommendations on future service needs.

I was driving as it started to get dark and I realized my auto headlight setting had been turned off by someone in your shop. I could have had an accident and this is a very dangerous thing to do without telling the customer. This is unacceptable service!

Feel like $200 bucks to tell me a camera is broken is a little ridiculous. Chris was very nice and professional though. No issues with any of the service team just the charge to tell me something that should be obvious to anyone who works in Honda service. “Oh all the warning lights are related to things the camera handles. It will be 3000 to fix it would you like to proceed” would’ve been sufficient instead inspecting the whole vehicle.
He was excellent with my service. Everything went well and he was very polite to me.
Brian did an outstanding job! He kept me updated on the progress of the Honda. He is very friendly and personable.
