When I pulled in the person who “greeted me”. Think his name was Carlos. Never smiled and hardly made eye contact. He never cracked a smile entire interaction. Extremely rude! He kinda threw the paper in my front window. I’m surprised you would want someone with that demeanor as person greeting. He acted like it was putting him out to have a customer pulling up. And then oil change took quite awhile. Finally got up and asked about it. I was told system wasn’t working. Anyway - wasn’t the best experience I’ve had with service department. But definitely Carlos was unfriendly, no smile and had look on his face like I’d just ruined his day!
I was the only car in the bay. After about 5 minutes a man with a grumpy attitude walked over asked a few questions and said someone would be with me. After about 10 minutes someone came over and took the car.
I was there for3 hours for a software update.
Every time I visit Right Honda the wait is long. I had purchased a car from Right Toyota and never experienced such long wait time.
Steven was great. He explained everything that wasneeded and was so helpful. Thank you for the great service!
Steve was professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and I was notified it was ready promptly.
Lack of/poorcommunication. Alignment was a service performed (apparently necessary for the other warranty work being done) but I was never told this was needed and would not be covered by the extended warranty plan (service manager did end up covering the cost). Car was dirty when picked up.
The service was great and we especially appreciated the added attention to wiping fine down the inside of the car dashboards and floor mats. Thank you!
Only suggestion is to call us once it’s ready - we were waiting 45 min while the agent got busy and we had to be somewhere else….
But great job overall and thank you! We will be back.
Ken was good in taking care of my concerns.
Absolutely the worst experiebce I have ever encountered. As a loyal Homda customer for centuries, I am shocked to have received such dissatisfaction when I met Ken White. I scheduled an appointment at 9:00am and when I checked in, I waited 45 minutes just to be checked in. Completely unmacceptable. Once Ken signed us in, he stated that he is new with the computer system and then proceeded to type slowly with 2 fingers on the keyboard to find our information, which took another 10 minites for him. He then advised us that the oil change service would take approximately 2 hours. I was sittimg in the waiting area for 3 hours and 15 minutes! The entire time, my car was already done while he was snacking on food and playing on his pbone. What a joke, you need to fire this guy and find someone who is competent. Worst customer service ever.

Satisfied with the service but the price over all was very high For a year 13 month old car that was way too high When I has 13 different VW vehicles I very rarely paid for service x dot tire rotation in a couple and that was owning some of them 4 and 6 yrs and a car wash your staff and dealership is very nice and Truce my gal that helped us the best !
