The Honda emblem fell off the back of the car. I asked the service provider to look into getting it fixed and he said he would but it does not appear he did - it was never addressed or fixed.
It also took 2.5 hours for an oil change. He did warn me it could be that long bc they were in the middle of their Christmas lunch - it’s just odd to me that they were taking appointments in the middle of their Christmas party. Why take appointments if you’re not going to be working?
Every time I bring my vehicle in your folks suggest major work to be done. It comes in for an oil change and u want me to spend thousands more! It’s a 2 year old truck! Customers don’t appreciate that! I don’t.
Today,message appeared on dash:two arrows in a circle and says update not available, see your dealer.
