2.5 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment made the week prior is pretty crazy

Had a ton done at the dealer in Maine and came for routine service and was told there is more to do! Confusing! Nothing was said about spark plugs in Maine so who do I trust. New timing belt, fluids flushed and now these issues.
Truc is consistently amazing. Cannot recommend working with her enough!! I know my car is in good hands at Right Honda.
