I was there for 3 hours for a problem with my battery. Ken my service representative was very understanding and attempted to placate my impatience. I had to make another appointment for a recall. I asked Ken if I can drop the car off and pick it up when the service is completed. He said he would check me in timely. I could then be on my way and he would call when the car was finished with service. Ken was very professional and supportive.
In the last 20+ years, it's always great to works with Alan. He is always very knowledgeable and helpful.
If the survey is Google based then apologies but I will not respond. The Service Department was really good as always

My old service advisor (Justin) failed me by not communicating with me on the brand new tires I was expecting to be installed on my vehicle. Continental tires were ordered but not <control contact tour M A/S> that I was quoted a price for. Justin even quoted me a price for the tires that were on my vehicle (Bridgestone Dueler H/P) and I was told by TJ these tires would not hold up in AZ heat. I spoke with the Service Manager Tim Hatcher and voiced my concerns. Saying Sorry didn’t seem good enough!
Chris kept me informed as I waited for my car. He was very helpful and patient with my questions.

Alex Gallegos was AMAZING! I felt safe with him, and I NEVER trust ANYONE!!! I will only work with Alex. He is kind, patient, honest, and respectful.????
My oil change took THREE hours. When I arrived I should’ve been notified that your team was that far behind so I could’ve made the decision to reschedule.
