My oil change took THREE hours. When I arrived I should’ve been notified that your team was that far behind so I could’ve made the decision to reschedule.
We expected this service to be coveted by Honda as part of our 2024 CRV package. No it cost $ 500.
The car interior was not vacuumed as is usual.

Oil change plus passenger axle replacement, power steering flush, TPMS diagnostic, repair of a leaking A/C condenser, fluid service we’re all supposed to be completed by end of day, and after having our vehicle all day they only completed the oil change. The air filter was left on the passenger seat and the air conditioning didn’t work at all at pick up.
The service at the dealership was great….confusion and delays in providing transportation to area restaurant was frustrating.
Chris Mcgee is excellent, he was most helpful when we brought both of our Honda's in for service. We could have the service/repair work done on our cars much closer to where we live, but instead we make the 45 minute trip through the N. Scottsdale traffic to come to Right Honda Service.
We were more than satisfied with Brian. His work was excellent! No complaints at all. He was also very professional and seemed to be very experienced in his field. Thank you Brian!
