I’ve had my Van serviced at Right Honda since it was new. Bill has been awesome! He takes the time to explain what it needs and why. Too many dealers seem to push unnecessary work; I’ve never seen that here. My van is clean after service and I’m always offered a loaner car. Super happy with Bill and the work done on the van. Will keep coming back.

Couldn’t get a hold of my service director, I called twice to see if the car would be ready within the hour. When I was waiting to receive the car, other people were getting their cars before me who came after me. I asked what was going on, the mechanic who worked on my car, put my key in his pocket and went on a test drive for a different customer. No one could get a hold of him and I had to wait until he got back to the dealership before I could leave. That was very upsetting!
