Steven was kind and very good at his job. I felt taken care of. I do wish he would’ve told me that my car was fine or something about my tire tread but other than that it was a seamless experience!

Came in for oil/change & tire rotation. Car was returned 1.5 hours later with a dirty windshield and all Apple Car Play/bluetooth connection gone? Returned 20 minutes later to try and get my settings returned correctly. 2 guys could not figure out and said to drive around cause there WiFi is gliche. Went home and try to fix but to no avail. Been a long time customer and couldn’t be more disappointed in the overall experience.

Brian kept me up to date and great communication.Alex didn't order the tray that needs to be replaced even after I brought it to his attention 3 times and Brian ordered it .As a customer service manager myself I don't understand why after I brought up the tray 3 times and sent pictures and it still wasn't ordered when I came in for the emergency break sensor.I was a little upset that it wasn't followed through I was hoping to take care of both on one trip
