Alex was very courteous and answered all my questions. I was very happy that he let me email my Honda coupon which I forgot at home, and he trusted me to send it to him and give me the coupon discount on my bill.
The last time I came in the service advisor didn’t give me a chance to email the coupon.
I also was happy they were willing to measure the AC temperature output and it showed that it was normal, which saved me the cost of $220. Thank you so much for a great service. Heiderose S

This car was bought new at Right Honda 19 years ago all services done at Right Honda. The few times there has been an issue Right Honda has always handled it in a fair and professional way. Things will always happen, it's how it's handled that makes the difference.
