Micah communicates well via text. I received timely updates and the vehicle was ready within the time frame promised.
I did call trying to reach Micah but I believe due to post January 1 volume, I waited on hold for 15+ minutes before going to voicemail.

Alex was attentive. He understood my wanting to spend only a short time having my vehicle serviced, and apologized as he gave me a realistic estimate of the time it would take. He did not pressure me into having additional service work. He simply advised me, and I made the decision based on what the service person suggested. It was a pleasure meeting Alex.

The check in process is horrible. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my 8:45 appointment but was not checked in until 8:54.
You always give me awesome service. The only glitch was that I bought new tires from you this visit. When I got my vehicle and got on the freeway the TPMS light came on. I exited and checked the pressures and everything was okay. The tech probably forgot to calibrate it. When I got home (39 miles later) I did the calibration and everything it good.

We had car trouble travelling from out of town. Ken helped us out with everything. Our car needed a torque converter. Luckily it was covered under warranty. He helped us with a loaner and kept us informed every step of the way. Made it back ome safe. Thank you.
