Very professional but personable staff. Brian was great with communication and calls to notify me of where my car was in the process of being completed. Always treated well. Very grateful for the loaner car. Highly recommend Right Honda!

The new system to inform customers is the worst! I hated getting a text telling me the estimate for service would be $2500! Doesn’t it seem that when one is expecting $250 for an oil change then discover I Need a $2500 repair via email is the world’s worst customer service! I had no idea what the parts or the function even was! Don’t you think It would been better to deliver that news in person. THE WORST NEW SYSTEM. Might as well install AI.

Brian was super friendly and did his best to get me out of there as fast as possible as I wasn’t feeling well. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and thorough with what I needed as I was on a tight budget . I have been going to closer dealerships for the past few visits but won’t waste my time on mediocre service when I can get exceptional service at Right Honda . Thank you again !!!!

I waited 2 hours for an oil change. I was not told this could happen to me. Had I known,I would have made an appointment. You lost a long time customer.
