Your phone/text answering system was a BIG time waster. The keys that matched my invoice were not ours. We have FOB not a key. Obviously they could not find the car for a good long time.

I have one thing I wasn’t to happy about. I Told the **** the all I wanted was an oil change do you have open slots. She gave time open I said I’ll take the 1:00slot. When I day get to the service dept they say they are running a hour to a hour and a half late. So I am stuck there for longer than I want. But the service I got was great.
