Brian is a person you should work hard to keep as an employee. I worked in public service my entire career. Brian has excellent people skills. He explained everything that needed to be done to my vehicle and showed me the video to clarify his explanation. He made arrangements for a vehicle so I could return to Payson and met the time frame for my return. Do your best to keep him. A J. Sarcinella.
Kelsey is a credit to the Honda Corp. and especially to Right Honda. Service advisors like Kelsey deserve to be rewarded, as they are the face of the dealership. I hope I can keep her as my service advisor.
Micah was impressive with his assessment & comments re: the problems with our CR-V. The testing was thorough & Micah explained the details very well. My wife also was pleased with Micah's opinions regarding other vehicle issues.
I came in yesterday to have the passenger parking light replaced and for a regular service. After 90 minutes, the service was done, and I was asked where I wanted the repair done, and I said the parking light, right there. He said that's the fog light, which was clearly broken and covered with clear tape. I said well, couldn't you have come into the lounge and asked me where it was instead of making me wait inside, thinking it was getting replaced? I may have not have used the correct term, but anyone with a brain could have figured out that was the light that needed to be replaced. This was the main reason I came in. Many apologies, etc. I went home.
TJ was kind and knowledgeable - and thanks to him, I feel comfortable coming back if I’m ever in the area! You have an all-star employee in him, and his calm and incredibly pleasant demeanor through what could have otherwise been a difficult process was very welcome.

I am truly disappointed not in Kelsey - she is awesome as always. I’m disappointed in Honda as a whole because quality was not put into something that is supposed to keep me safe and make me feel safe. When you learn that bolts and screws were loose in the emergency brake and under-panels and it came like that from the factory, what are you truly selling me on except worry and stress. Thank you ti Kelsey and the service team for troubleshooting and finding the issue of the noises. Truly thank you. I know that it was a factory warranty sort of issue but doesn’t make it right… I drive to work and drive kids to school. I expect inspections and thoroughness to prevent this sort of thing.
