Have not been advised on status of the complete work taking place. No insight on front left suspension. Leaving car overnight. Dropped off at 7am. Traveling tomorrow for work so I’m unable to pickup tomorrow. Shooting for Wednesday but again, no discussion on findings or schedule moving forward.
Waited 2-1/2 hours for scheduled oil change After multiple requests for an update was informed it would take another 45 to an hour. I left without my oil change. Taking my service and future Honda purchases elsewhere.

I sat in the waiting room for5 1/2 hours for an oil change. I forgot my phone but Ken said he would come find me. It was very busy. When I hadn’t heard anything by 1 pm (I arrived at 10) I asked a female rep for help. She said your rep is over there. I said I was in the waiting room and she said she would page him. I heard the page with customer waiting. Never came. I finally found him at 3:30 and my car had been ready since noon. Never came to tell me. He said, oh sorry. I text you and called you. This after he had told me he would come find me. I have leased two cars from you both with service packages. I would have had better service at Jiffy Lube.

It's always difficult to know if the additional service recommended is really necessary. My $200 service ballooned to $1400.
When I scheduled the appointment, I was under the impression that I was gonna get a security system installed, interior protectant, a key fob and oil change, but Micah told me that on weekends those don’t happen often, but he went above and beyond by finding out that the interior protection can be done on the weekend and he spoke with his manager to get a backup key fob in order so I was very appreciative of him doing that for me, and he was very efficient and got it all done in a timely manner where I wasn’t waiting at the dealership for too long. He also got me a lyft to and from dealership and he also got me scheduled to get the security installed. I understand that there’s a lot of miscommunications between each department, but he handled it very well and helped me out a lot.
He was great and answered all my questions.
She’s very professional and accommodating. I will contact her again in my future car service.

I had issues with a routine oil change. Ken Lewis absolutely went over and above expectations to make sure the issue was resolved. His customer service and professionalism was excellent. He cares about the customer which is rare in this day. Thank you again, Ken.

Did not follow my request to call about estimate,wanted to hold my car back for 3 days
I was told by Honda that it was imperative that I replace my tire due to a nail puncturing through my front right tire. Not quite understanding, as my tire light had yet to come on, I left and took my vehicle to Big O’s tires. Big O’s were able to remove the nail for free - no tire replacement necessary. The nail had not even punctured the tire. There was no hole. I’m so disappointed with Honda attempting to pressure me into buying a $246 tire when it was an easy, cheap fix. I feel extremely misled and distrusting of my dealership experience now.
