I dropped off my car for an oil change at 12:00 PM, and by 4:00 PM I had not received any update on when it would be ready. I also had difficulty reaching a representative for information.
This was inconvenient, as I needed to pick up my daughter from daycare by 5:30 PM. Better communication would have been appreciated.

The service experience was great! If I really have to nitpick, I would say it would have been great to have car was included, because Toyota does include it as a part of their service.
