At the time of purchase, your representative introduced an option to me that supposedly covered all vehicle services up to a specific mileage, including all types of oils, filters, and related maintenance, free of charge. I purchased that option; however, it now appears that this was a major misrepresentation and essentially a false promise.

Once the valet brought our car back, we noticed the condition it was brought back was worse than when we dropped it off. The car was covered in an oil like residue, including the windows. We have washed the car a few times now and it is still difficult to remove. I don't appreciate having our car returned in worse condition than it was. I understand the car may become dirty throughout the service, but just to do our best to not leave it in that condition. Lastly, we were told the fuel pump would be replaced due to the recall. Although there was no confirmation on if that occurred or not.

My service guy was good kept me updated give him a 10 whe my car was done the only thing is when you take a car to service it at a dealer ship they would wash the car like detail it and you guys didn't have any one to do this at this loction but how do you guys wash the cars when they come in this us the only thing im upset with tu

I was disappointed with my experience. The service representative was dismissive toward me while being friendly with coworkers, and I felt ignored when I arrived. When I followed up three hours later about a routine oil change, I was told it was still in progress, yet I received a notification immediately after stating my vehicle was ready.
