I had no problem at all with Bryan, he was very attentive and professional. I had a problem with the App. I got an oil change and a wheel alignment. I passed on a couple of suggestions for additional services but the total for the service kept coming up as $943. I was reluctant to sign for what was obviously an error of some sort. When I wrote a message to Bryan about the error the App would not send the message unless I signed for the wrong total which I was not going to do. Bryan apparently anticipated the problem and came out to tell me to ignore the App.

Justin Barnes has been my mechanic of choice for years! Right Honda service department is amazing. From calling to schedule, to text message updates, rental car when needed for extended service to Lyft rides to work. They are top notch in customer service.
