Two and a half hours for oil change & tire rotation even with an appointment. No indication that having made an appointment made any difference in wait time.

Truc is absolutely incredible. She is honest and accurate about pricing. She tells me what maitenance to expect soon. She is incredibly kind and gives me breaks when appropriate. She knows everything and always gets me in for service immediately when I need it. Truc and the staff are the best, fastest, most honest dealer I have ever used. Outstanding service provided by Alan today. He was quick to let me know the issues with my car and what needed to be done. He has assisted with a few recent service appointments that I’ve had at Right Honda and is really flexible with scheduling me for an appointment on short notice. Bill always has a good job. But your new AI Colin service leaves a lot to be desired. I called to set up an appointment with Bill and got text from two other service people and they set me up an appointment without even asking me when I was available not great service. Rather just call Bill and work with him.
Alan McKenna has been my service advisor since I have been going to Right Honda in Scottsdale, Az. I have been in the people business and customer service business for 45 yrs plus and I can tell you that Alan is exceptional, as well honest which is rare especially in the car business as my experience has showed me. He is a real, honest, gentleman who like myself goes the extra mile for his customers. Alan will be the only service advisor I will work with at Right Honda. Everything was quoted at around 3 times as much money as other auto shops. I was told my car needed 10,000 dollars worth of repairs, including two tires that NEEDED to be replaced(in the red zone). Then I brought my car to a different place and they fixed it for a lot cheaper, and they also said my cars were in the green zone.
I did appreciate the car loaner that you guys gave me, but almost immediately after I left with it, it got a flat tire, and a few days later it got a second flat tire.
