Bought a new car a defect in one of the doors has it sticking out slight and no one can fix it and was told its Honda's problem not Right hondas problem. Was told to go to Bell Honda who has a Honda Body Shop went there and they couldn't do anything about it either said it's under the margin of error for anything to be done was pawned off from Right Honda to Bell Honda and they pawned me off too and the advisor who was helping me at Right Honda didn't even mention it to any of his bosses like he said he would and he just said he forgot 1hen I asked and at the last minute had another adivor tell me just to go to Bell Honda and ask them

My new car was recalled for electronics. When I got it back, all memory and presets had been erased. Had I known before hand I could have made notes. In addition, each time I stop and restart the car, I have to reconnect to Bluetooth and AirPlay from the start of the settings. Sometimes, my responses don’t “take” and I keep looping thru the same question. Big waste of time.

Service was good but rep told me car was ready when it wasn't. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes while they retrieved it.

I took my car in for a service due to a failure in the braking system. However, instead of repairing the brakes, they replaced the filter, performed a wheel alignment, and recharged the battery. I do not understand what any of that has to do with the braking system issue. I had to pay for services that should not be my responsibility, as the problem should be covered under the vehicle’s warranty—the car is not even 8 months old. Additionally, it has only been two days since the vehicle was returned to me, and parts of the lining that they worked on are already coming loose. I will have to take the car back again, which takes time away from my work and negatively affects my professional and family responsibilities
