Truc consistently goes above and beyond. She makes me feel at home, and like a valued customer at the same time. I never thought I would service my vehicle at a dealership but she has made me reconsider and continue coming back. It really is because of her fantastic customer service and personality.

Normally, when I drive the 2 hours to Phoenix to have my truck serviced, they do a full inspection and wash the vehicle before retuning it to me. This time, they changed the oil and that was it. I received no information on the fluid levels, tire pressure and wear, no check of the timing belt……. I received the bill and was told I need about $1900 of work based on the current mileage. Not because someone checked the timing belt, fluid levels or anything else. I should have stayed home.

It should not take two hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. Not should the service advisor display an attitude when I expressed that to him.
