Usually when I bring in my car, it’s been washed before it’s been returned. It didn’t happen this time. I also found the head rest for the passenger front seat on the seat itself. The overhead lights & head lights were turned off so I had to reset them. I’m sure there was a lot going on but some of this is pretty simple.
I made an appointment for a recall, and the piece was not there on the day of the appointment

Even though I made an appointment for my service it still took 4 hours for me to get my car back after a simple alignment. I was originally quoted 3 hrs and when that time had passed I had no number to call the advisor assigned to me to be able to get information on my car.
