I had reported a problem with my new 2018 CRV EX about 10 days ago. I was told to come directly to the dealership impromptu and that the problem would be reviewed. When I arrived, they couldn't take me. Then we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday Aug 14. I forgot and called before 10 am. Fabian knew we were going to check the microphone. We rescheduled for today. I come at 8am. I re-explain the problem again. Then they took the car. About 90 minutes later, they tell me that the microphone is bad and you dont have the part. So now I am on my 4th appt to get this fixed on a brand new car. Not excellent

Called in to get an estimate for a break light. Person on phone tells me $7 for a basic bulb, but when I show up I'm told $22 for the service. The price was fine, but it's false information. Crew also left the foot mat they use. Will not be using the weekend crew again. The people during the week are better.
