Bill Thornton was my service advisor. I typically like to stay positive when it comes to reviews but I can’t for this one. I take my car in because my horn was not working properly. Bill and I confirm that my car was brand new and the warranty was going to be over in 5 days. I bought my car at Bell Honda on 8/20/2015 and I brought my car in on 8/15/2018. He told me my car was under warranty and I am good to go. I get a call from Bill and he tells me my car has been in accident and someone spray painted over the horn and that it wasn’t covered under the warranty. Thus I would have to pay $250. I knew my car has never gotten in an accident and it had no previous owner. I bought it brand new at Bell Honda in 2015. I went back to right Honda and went directly to the manager. The general manager told me that my car looked fine and verified that my car was brand new due to confirming the vin number. The general manager quickly got me a loaner car (no charge) and said my horn will he fixed under warranty. Im not sure why I was a target to Bill. Never underestimate young people driving EX-L’s. I look at everything before paying and I know how many miles and services my car has. He gave me the receipt and said the connectors were worn out and only costed $149. I have no clue where he got $250 from. I would’ve recommended my friends and family to right Honda but after this, I’m afraid to trust this service department.

The service was fast, even when an additional recall was found. The car also came back cleaner than when I dropped it off, which was nice. Excellent customer service by all involved.
