Usually, when I visit Right Honda, I exclusively work with another service rep. He was not there that day. But working with Daniel was great! I came in with a dead battery. Daniel was very friendly and explained the payment process to me after we realized that my battery warranty had recently ended. Oh, well. Also, he had noticed that I had a low oil life, I had made plans to get it changed the next week. But, it was very nice of him to take care of it.
Also, because I had a dead battery, I was stranded where I was...with my dog. I told them that we could just walk around the property and not bother anyone in the lounge area. But because it is Arizona, and despite it being 7:30 AM, it was still already 90 degrees. The staff insisted that I could wait in the lounge area. My dog and I were very grateful for this kindness.
I always have a great experience at Right Honda. I live a little further away from the location, but I will easily drive out of my way to go there. Great job!

Bill has been my service representative since 2009 just after I bought the car. When I bring my car for service I insist on talking to Bill. He knows what he’s talking about, he treats me with respect, and he’s exactly what I would expect service representative to be like – amazing

The Service Dept is excellent. I will continue to use them. The Sales Dept is a completely different story. I dread having to bring my car in for service because the Sales Dept won’t leave you alone.
Service there is always great. It’s so fast and easy which is shocking for a Saturday afternoon. Everyone is friendly and nice.

I had reported a problem with my new 2018 CRV EX about 10 days ago. I was told to come directly to the dealership impromptu and that the problem would be reviewed. When I arrived, they couldn't take me. Then we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday Aug 14. I forgot and called before 10 am. Fabian knew we were going to check the microphone. We rescheduled for today.
I come at 8am. I re-explain the problem again. Then they took the car. About 90 minutes later, they tell me that the microphone is bad and you dont have the part. So now I am on my 4th appt to get this fixed on a brand new car. Not excellent
Service was awesome. Listened to my concerns and fixed my car quickly. Even have me a loaner car so my day went ran productive. Awesome service
