I appreciate Alex Gallegos so much for helping me with a last minute tire change after I got a flat on the 101! He took the time to look up to see if I still had my tires under warranty, he arranged for me to get a Honda dealership provided Lyft to my doctors appointment, and he had me ready to go as soon as I got back. Had great service here, will definitely stop by again for future maintenance.

Overall, very disappointed in the lack of communication with the wait time I experienced. I was told the wait time for an oil change and inspection was going to be about 1-1.5 hours. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I was texted about the inspection and what was recommended. The only service added was a brake light bulb change. Another hour had passed since sending in the approval and didn’t hear anything back about my car being ready. The wait ended up being 2.5 hours. It probably would have been longer if I didn’t speak up about it. There was a lack of transparency for wait time and I never once was updated about the wait being longer. The extended wait time was unnecessary as the service that was added shouldn’t have take another hour to fulfill.
Chris is always timely with appointments and care for my vehicle is always 100%. He always keep me informed with text messages with the repair. He’s excellent and will recommend him to others.
Brian Pocius was very good at seeing that every concern or issue was addressed same as everyone anytime i have been in for routine maintenance or any issues i have had with my Vehicle. 10/10, 10 out of 10 rating every time

I have been a loyal customer for six years. I was not happy at all with my last experience. Does anyone in your service center give attention to or even smile at a Woman? Even if she's been an outstanding Customer? I used to refer to. I will not anymore going forward. I did not feel welcomed or taken care of as a long term Customer. Over an Oil Change!!! Customer service cold and impersonal. Extremely unfriendly. Very disappointed.
