I greatly appreciated the kind service and understand by this experience it is worth the extra distance to get to Right Honda vs using closer auto shops that are not as experienced with this vehicle.
I had a great experience working with Brian Pocius at Right Honda. He was very helpful, professional, and kept me updated the whole time my car was in service.
For about a year my car had a noise that other visits weren’t able to reproduce or fix. Brian really took the time to listen and made sure the technicians looked into it properly. Thanks to his persistence, they finally found the issue and fixed it.
He also handled all the paperwork with my Honda Care warranty, which made the process smooth and stress free
