Your comments: My maintenance service with Ken Lewis was. I the most thorough, professional and informative customer service I have had in the maintenance department since | bought my 2021 CRV hybrid. I felt that he was really interested in me in my car and making sure that I was satisfied with everything and answer all of my guestions without any rush or hesitation.! I trust him and will ask for him for now on to be my maintenance Advisor in the future! Right Honda is fortunate to have him on their team! Janet M

I received good customer service and I appreciated that. but the price was outrageous. I asked other mechanics and they were quoting me $350-500 for tire rods, $80-100 for alignment, $150 for sway bar links, and $125 for the gas actuator. If you can match that I will bring my car back to be serviced. If not, I will book with an independent mechanic.
