The financial aspects of the transaction were unclear and resulted in an unexpected increase in my financial obligation. My initial intention was to service my vehicle and potentially acquire new tires. Following the approval of financing, I was required to make a substantial down payment of $600, followed by an additional payment of nearly $600. This situation was unforeseen and quite surprising. Ken, the service representative, provided excellent service and performed his duties commendably. It is imperative that the dealership provides a comprehensive explanation of these financial structures to its clientele. I had previously invested an additional $12,000 for the warranty and paid for the vehicle in cash. This experience does not align with the expected treatment of a valued customer.
Ken was lovely, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Someone did approach me to ask about my vehicle and when I told them I wasn’t interested in selling, they asked how much I owed on it. Your service team is stellar, your folks trying to get a slightly used vehicle need some attention.
II PRETTY SURE THAT TMY LAST 3 MAINTENANCE VISITS FOR ROUTINE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATIONS, THAT THE MECHANIC CREW HAS NOT ROTATED MY TIRES, "NOT EVEN ONCE"!
THE REASON I'M ASSUMING THIS, IS THAT MY FRONT TIRE TREAS IS TOTALLY MUCH MORE BALD or WORN DOWN, THAN MY REAR/BACK TIRES.
WHICH WITH ROUTINE MILEAGE MAINTENANCE, THE TIRE ROTATION SHOULD KEEP THE TIRE WARE TO A GENERALLY EQUAL WEARING PATTERN IN THE TIRE TREAD.
SO, THEY HAVEN'T IN 3 MAINTENANCE VISTIS ROTATED MY TIRES, POSSIBLY NOT EVEN ONCE.
I CHECKED MY DIP OIL STICK ON THIS PAST TUESDAY 02/24/2026, and the OIL LOOKED A LITTLE DARK ON THE NAPKIN I WIPED IT OFF ON, "MEANING" THAT POSSIBLY THEY'VE BEEN CHANGING MY OIL ONLY HALFLY.AS IN DRAINING HALF OD THE OLD OIL, AND PUTTING IN ANOTHER HALF OF NEW OIL.
I NNEED MY TIRESROTATED CORRECTLT AND MY OIL FULLY CHANGED WITH NEW OIL.
I'M PAYING AN ADDITIONAL $$275 BUCKS A MONTH ON MY NEWLY FINANCED 2026 HRV, FOR THE 7-YEAR 120K MILE WARRANTY PLAN, PLUS THE 85K 5-YEAR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PLAN.
SO, I NEED THE FULL OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION COMPLETED UPON EVERY SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE VISIR, BASED ON MY VEHICLES MESSAGE FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE.
MY FRONT TIRES ARE BALD, MY REAR TIRES ARE STILL IN GOOD SHAPE, OBVIOSLY THEY'VE NOT ROTATED MY TIRES.
