Friendly and prompt

Alan was great! My issue was with the time I had to edit for my car to be repaired. I was very disappointed with the time I was told and the actual time it took. My recall paper work stated repairs should take 45 min. When I called to make my apt. I asked how long the recall repair would take, Alan advised an hour. When I arrived for my apt st 11:45 pm I was told repairs would take an hour. I said are you sure just an hour? I was on my lunch hour & only had 1 hour. Of course I figured it could run a little over an hour. I waited 2 1/2 hours. I was very disappointed, had I known it was going to take that long I would have taken the shuttle back to work. Not to mention the tech didn’t even put my dash cover back on right! Now I have to take more time out of my day to return to have it fix. I have never had this kind of experience at right honda. When I’m told a time my car is always ready. I’m not sure if there is a lack of communication between the service reps & the service techs or if they just didn’t know how long the recall repair would take. But when your paper work says 45 mins and your also told an hour two separate time & have an appointment, I feel the repair should be done on time. Thank you
