Amazing establishment! They got me in and out and took care of all of my needs. My courtesy driver Miguel was wonderful and being able to shop nearby while my service was being completed was a dream come true. I was then picked up by Miguel in a extremely quick fashion. The cashier made my check out quick and easy and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Chris was also wonderful and extremely professional -Five stars

The electrical problem with the windows lowering mysteriously is fixed now or mostly so BUT now the inside lights get stuck on and won’t turn off while driving, which sure must look weird to other drivers at night, and is distracting to have them on! So I need to bring the car back to see if someone can fix THAT problem. Not a nuisance during the day. The service for general check up was excellent and I very much appreciate the specials and reasonable price. Bill was my service person, at least that’s who I talked to on the phone.

I’m really frustrated having to wait 4 hours with an appointment and every hour they are coming back and telling me something new that needs to be addressed. I also am finding it incredibly hard to fathom that a rim I asked you guys about TWO years ago, am told it’s fine then and then come back yesterday to have them tell me it’s bent qnd needa replaces couldn’t be something we fixed two years ago. Then the fact that said rim (which worked fine for 2 years until you guys touched it yesterday) all of a sudden can’t hold air for more than 12 hours, forcing me to miss my Thanksgiving plans because I walked out to a flat tire this morning (a brand new tire, mind you) and now I to have to come back to you guys tomorrow after spending 550 dollars and a lot of my time yesterday and missing family time today. Not to mention the fact that you put my car back on the road and told me it wasn’t going to be a safety issue when it clearly is a safety issue. And on top of all of that, the nerve to try and sell me another car while this is happening and I am basically set on not wanting to return to you guys for my business ever again. Please let me know how we might address this situation and never assign me to Alan again.

Feel that we are not being listened to. My husband felt as if when he said he would like the transmission checked that the person would just go yeah OK sure and just like oh Mark. We had to make a second trip out there we live in Glendale you’re in Scottsdale and we had to make a trip out there. We were there for a tuneup and we told him about the problem we also told him that arrowhead Honda had said that the motor mounts needed to be changed out. Daniel said that they left behind that they didn’t need to but the vibration must still there. So we had to make another trip for them to look at it again this time they did change the motor mounts and the vibration is gone. My husband also asked for the transmission to be checked out he was not given anything showing that it was. So that means we might have to go out there a third time. Daniel was very nice And respectful and someways but if we have warranty issues we should be heard or I should say be listen to, people say they hear you but they really don’t listen. If we have to have the transmission checked and it’s under warranty we would like to take it to arrowhead only because it’s closer for us. That’s another issue the warranty should be Accepted at any Honda dealership
