Fabian is the ONLY reason we visit Right Honda. He advises us in what we need, not what is recommended. He searches our tecords by the VIN and not by name. He gets the overal customer experience and we only trust him. We have vowed to not buy another car from Right Honda due to horrible service conveyed many times. Fabian takes care of us and ensures we leave happy every time. More of the staff should learn from him.

I’m not satisfied with your service this time. Because I owned this van since new and never had to use six quarts of oil for oil change accept this time.
Always used little bit less than five quarts. I really don’t understand why six quarts this time.
The oil change/tire rotation were smooth and completed pretty quickly. I was disappointed that my request for a brief vacuum was immediately shot down; this is the top of the line Odyssey; I paid more for this minivan than what I paid for my previous car, a 2014 Lexus 450h SUV. I have to say that the customer service at Lexus is so much greater than Right Honda. That is honestly disappointing; I didn’t ask for much - just a quick swipe with the vacuum. I honestly wish that folks would realize that an ounce of good will goes so much farther than getting a car out just two minutes faster

Daniel was great at assisting me today. He was professional, courteous, informative and was an excellent representative for your company. Just one of many more reasons why we continue to bring our business there.
The first guy who greeted me was nice up until I told him that the appointment was set up with Tim. So he said I’ll go grab him for you. Comes back a few minutes later and says that Tim is on the phone so that he’ll take care of me. I ask him a few questions regarding pricing and he says that Tim will have to call me back to discuss that with me. I then had to Uber to work because no shuttle service was offered to me. Mind you I’m only half a mile down the road.Tim then calls me an hour later and discussed a few options and I select two out of the three of the stuff that was recommended. I then never hear back that my car is ready so I go back five hours later to pick up and pay. And I thought you guys were like other Honda dealers. I usually visit the one in Avondale and they always give me a complimentary car wash. After having my car for five hours I was expecting the same but I guess this is not protocol at this location. So I won’t be returning. You guys even send a text message to reach out to in case I have any questions. I asked two questions and nobody ever got back to me.
I was quoted 45 minutes for my service today and it actually took 2 hours. I find that to be unacceptable when an appointment has been made. What is the point of making an appointment? I don’t blame Daniel for the issue, and it was nice of him to discount the service, but I am overall disappointed. We will probably look at other options for service in the future.
I was very pleased with the service and pleased that it did not take that much time since I came in without an appointment.
